Studio Apartments are our only independent rental accommodation. We offer 72 Studio Apartments, all North facing, include a combined lounge and bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and patio or balcony and are 38m2 exclusively for single Residents.
The monthly rental for these apartments range in price from R5 300 to R5 900 depending on the individual finishes to the Units.

- 24 hour on site emergency nursing response from our Care Facility
- 24 hour security (electric fence, security surveillance cameras, Estate patrolling and a
- biometric access and egress system
- Rates and taxes
